Please choose from a variety of support options. Note that J2ME Polish Enterprise licensees already enjoy most of these options free of charge.

Basic Support | Answering of one daily question about J2ME Polish design or implementation questions via email . Answers are given within a working week. | 1 month included in Single License fee, additional support packages available in our Online Shop |
Advanced Support | Unlimited number of support requests by email and phone plus implementation of features and components that can accumulate up to four working weeks/160 working hours. Questions are answered within 2 working days, bugfixes are provided on a asap basis. | 6 months included in Enterprise License fee, additional support packages available in our Online Shop |
Training | Fullday training for designers or developers that use J2ME Polish. Further details are available upon request. | Available in our Online Shop, also as part of an Enterprise License. |
